On Damp clean skin, put a dollop of coconut oil and warm it up between your hands. Start applying on your body, use gentle circular motions and go with the direction of your blood flow, from your feet towards your heart. Set intentions for the day.
For Massages: warm a small amount of the coconut oil and start massaging the body, using gentle but firm strokes.
For Hair: Use the body oil as a sealant, to lock in much needed moisture to your hair. As a Pre-poo treatment: cover hair in coconut oil and sit under a steamer for 10-20 minutes or overnight. Wash off and style usual.
