On Damp clean skin, melt a bean size of Raw Shea butter and warm it up between your hands. Start applying on your body, use gentle circular motions and go with the direction of your blood flow, from your feet towards your heart. Set intentions for the day. Pay more attention to dry areas like elbows and knees.
